Hierarchs are Hive Wizards. The Ritual Hierarch in Siren Song is an elite that levitates, summons Hive and attacks with Arc blasts, Solar shields and Kinetic darkness clouds; it conducts a ritual with the Knight Nalcthor to sink the New Pacific Arcology.
