History of Heretical Knight

Overview

Heretical Knights are Hive Knights that first appeared in Destiny 2: Shadowkeep. In the Tunnels of Despair of Pit of Heresy, three Knights are found alongside Revenant Acolytes and Thrall. Each one drops a Void orb, which the player carries to one of the three doors guarded by ogres and deposits in a vessel. All three Knights must be killed and their orbs deposited to open the next stage. Swordbearer variants also appear in the Ritual of Suffering encounter.
