History of Helping Hands

Overview

Helping Hands is a Triumph in Destiny 2 that requires the Sentinel subclass. Defeating targets with Shield Bash or Shield Toss (the triumph's wording for Shield Throw) applies an Overshield to your character.

Sentinel is a Void subclass of the Titan class, unlocked through the quest Gazing Into The Abyss.

How to complete

1. Equip the Sentinel subclass on a Titan.
2. Engage enemy targets.
3. Defeat targets with Shield Bash: after a short sprint, the melee strike suppresses the target. Final blows grant an Overshield.
4. Or defeat targets with Shield Throw: the shield can ricochet off targets and surfaces, and each target it hits grants an Overshield.

Tips

• Shield Bash only grants an Overshield on a final blow, so the target has to die from the strike.
• Shield Throw can bounce between several targets, and each one hit grants an Overshield, so throws into groups make progress faster.
