History of Guardian Slayer

Guardian Slayer is the self-given name of Tym, a Vex Minotaur of the Nessian Schism faction and an Ultra-ranked enemy. Failsafe introduces it as a Vex mind that "has given itself a name".

Overview

Tym is one of the possible final bosses of Arena: Breach Executable, first appearing in Episode: Echoes when the activity released on 11 June 2024.

Tym fights with a Vex Laser Rifle that fires Void beams and repeatedly summons Harpies. After losing a large part of its health, it summons Wall Protocols that damage nearby Guardians. At half health it becomes immune and summons two Kitharodes, which must be destroyed to remove the immunity. Destroying Tym completes the activity.
