History of Glacioclasm

Overview

Glacioclasm is a Legendary Void Fusion Rifle that is part of the The Dawning seasonal weapon set. It is widely regarded as the strongest of the set: feared in PvP for its range and impact, and a "top-tier" special-ammo weapon in many activities. Noted rolls include Under Pressure with High Impact Reserves, and Slideshot with Desperate Measures; other listed options include Vorpal Weapon, Envious Assassin and Clown Cartridge.

Acquisition

Earned during The Dawning, the winter holiday event run by Eva Levante. Each Dawning, the weapon is earned through the event's challenges (one copy per character-agnostic reward). In the 2023 event, players could farm specific rolls by buying the Limited Exchange Ticket upgrade from Eva Levante and spending Dawning Spirit with materials on focused drops. Baking and delivering gifts with Eva's Holiday Oven and collecting Essence of Dawning is the core event loop. The method changes from year to year; the details here are from the 2023 event.
