Raise your Event Rank to 15 through the Dawning event's progression. Event Pass rank-linked rewards, such as the exotic ghost shell at Event Pass Rank 10, unlock along the way.

Not to be confused with the older, separate "Upgrade Gift Ranks" triumph, which does not apply here.
