Ghastly Gluttons are Hive Major enemies that appear in the second wave of Haunted Altars of Sorrow, where the wave requires 120 treats to complete.
Haunted Altars of Sorrow is a six-player activity from the 2025 Festival of the Lost event on the Moon. Guardians collect treats and bank them with Sir Skullduggery, who is defeated in the final fight after the third wave.
