History of Gateways in Shadow

Overview

"Gateways in Shadow" is a Destiny 2 Triumph awarded for locating hidden chests within the Dreadnaught. These chests are secured behind portals located in the Nether. Completing this triumph grants 10 Triumph score. It is part of the Heretic title set.

How to complete

To earn the "Gateways in Shadow" triumph, players must open two hidden chests in the Dreadnaught, both only reachable in the Nether activity.

1. Progress through the Act storyline until you can interact with the Hive terminals in either tileset.
2. Watch your radar for the prompt "Something Strange Is Near...", which marks the terminal.
3. Interact with the terminal.
4. Enter the nearby portal.
5. Open the chest. One chest is in the Mausoleum and the other is in the Hall of Souls.

Tips:

• You can't do this early. The Hive terminals only become available after you advance the Act storyline.
• This guide dates from the Episode: Heresy era.
