Overview

A '''Flayer Aspirant''' is a Psion of the Red Legion that has reached the threshold for ascending into a Flayer. Aspirants are a weaker form than the Flayers from the Dust Palace strike.

Psionic Potential

Aspirants appear in the Psionic Potential adventure, set in the BrayTech Futurescape in Hellas Basin on Mars. While bonding with one of Rasputin's nodes, an Aspirant projects an immunity shield and shows a white vibrating aura. After ascending, it gains elemental shields, gold armor and much greater durability.
