History of Fated Weapon

Overview

Fated Weapon is the seal for Destiny 2: The Edge of Fate (15 July 2025), centred on Kepler. It grants the Fated Weapon title. Per Yardbarker, 24 of the 29 listed triumphs are needed, so five can be skipped (the in-game seal shows 24). Mythic triumphs are the hardest; Yardbarker rates each triumph's difficulty from 1 to 10 and notes the campaign triumph can be done on Brave.

Required triumphs

• At Fate's Edge: complete the campaign on Kepler.
• Legend Forged (Forging A Legend Pt. I, Forging A Legend Pt. II): all missions on Legendary.
• Fabled Missions, Fabled Time Latches, Mythic Missions, Mythic Time Latches, The Critical Moment ("Criticality" in under 10 minutes on Fabled or higher).
• Kepler Tasks: side quests. Latch Call at the Station: 150 Fated Ciphers.
• Project Graviton: acquire Graviton Spike; Gravitic Doctorate: hidden traits.
• Abilities: the Kepler abilities Matterspark, Relocator, Rosetta and Mattermorph (each unlocked with its upgrades), Dark Matter Assault (150 kills).
• Collectibles: Urn Collection: Central Academy, Urn Collection: Exile's Accord, Urn Collection: Outer Steppes, Urn Collection: The Gorge, and Secret Treasure: Central Academy, Secret Treasure: Exile's Accord, Secret Treasure: Outer Steppes, Secret Treasure: The Gorge, Secret Treasure: The Singularity, then Somnium Trek.
• Stitchripper: defeat bosses in The Sieve.

Tips

Start with campaign and collectibles, then Fabled and Mythic runs. Estimated time: weeks. Gilding: none documented (Yardbarker does not mention any).
