History of Fall from Grace

Fall from Grace is a Weapon perk added to the catalyst for One Thousand Voices in the 2026-06-09 Monument of Triumph update. The weapon is partially Taken: its detonations release Taken energy that hunts down nearby targets and blights them. The update introduced new catalysts and catalyst perks.

The catalyst drops randomly from Morgeth, the Spirekeeper in the Pantheon or from the chests at the end of the Last Wish raid. Upgrading the catalyst gives the weapon a Taken aura. The One Thousand Voices weapon debuted in Forsaken.
