Destinypedia's Trials page lists the Falcon-Wing Suit among the current Trials of Osiris armor.

Acquisition

The Falcon-Wing Cover is earned through Trials of Osiris challenges and rewards. Trials armor drops from completed Trials of Osiris matches and rank-up packages. Saint-14 can focus Trials armor for a Trials Engram and Glimmer, per the Destinypedia Trials page.
