History of FWC Tokens

FWC Tokens (Future War Cult Tokens) were a currency earned during a Faction Rally by players pledged to the Future War Cult.

Overview

While pledged to the Future War Cult, players earned tokens by completing challenges, public events and Lost Sectors. A PCGamesN-style rally guide also lists Crucible matches, Trials of the Nine, strikes, Nightfall strikes and raid encounters as sources.

Spending tokens

Tokens were exchanged with Lakshmi-2 for Legendary engrams containing Future War Cult weapons and armor. One guide states twenty tokens bought one engram. After 30 engrams in a rally, further engrams reportedly dropped only shaders, and tokens left over after a rally were reset.

Status

Destinypedia states that since the release of Forsaken tokens were rendered obsolete and are unobtainable.
