History of Eystein-D

Overview

Eystein-D is a Legendary Pulse Rifle from Häkke, dealing Kinetic damage in the kinetic slot. It uses the High-Impact Frame archetype and is a Banshee-44 (Gunsmith) reward weapon.

Slow-firing (about 340 RPM) and hard-hitting, more accurate when stationary and aiming down sights. Its curated roll features Outlaw with Ricochet Rounds and Accurized Rounds; random rolls offer Outlaw, Rampage, Kill Clip and High-Impact Reserves. Flavor text: "We guarantee a fair trial."

Acquisition

Earned as a reward from Gunsmith rank-up packages given by Banshee-44 in the Tower. Year 1 weapon re-implemented for Year 2 (the wiki also notes it could be bought from Devrim Kay with EDZ tokens and Legendary Shards during that era, which is likely no longer available). It is not craftable and has no Adept version. Rank comes from Banshee-44's daily bounties and from dismantling Legendary and Exotic gear.
