History of Eye of the Storm

Overview

Eye of the Storm makes a weapon more accurate as your health drops, and on many weapons it also adds Handling. Shatteredvault gives +30 handling in PvP. The Enhanced version adds stability and +10% to the perk's effects.

It is a Season 7 Legendary perk. Some weapons, such as the Frontier AR1, only give the accuracy bonus. Check the weapon's perk text for the exact effect.
