Its Cerebral Uplink perk highlights priority targets and improves grenade, melee, and Rift ability regeneration, with a small airborne-effectiveness benefit for weapons. Ability-energy effects now scale with the relevant character stats, as part of Bungie's July 2025 Armor 3.0 update; earlier versions used a fixed 9% figure.
