History of Escalation Protocol

Escalation Protocol was a guardian-initiated public event on Mars in Hellas Basin, added with the Warmind expansion. Guardians defend towers against seven waves of Hive enemies, disabling Shadowrifts by shooting Void crystals, with reward chests after waves three and five and one of five weekly-rotating final bosses. It offered the IKELOS weapons, the GENOTYPENULL-ZERO shader and the Worldline Zero Exotic catalyst. Per Destinypedia it is no longer available as of Season of the Hunt.
