End of Your Tether

Overview

End of Your Tether is a triumph in Destiny 2. It requires the player to complete all 4 tether puzzles within the Pantheon. Completing it unlocks the Godsbane title.

How to complete

Unlock the puzzles by defeating Consecrated Mind, which appears in the Morgeth Surpassing or Insurrection Prime Pantheon gauntlet selections. No special modifiers are needed. After the boss dies, nobody can leave the arena. Shoot the tether box that appears in the center to link the fireteam. The four puzzles must be done in order without breaking the lobby instance.

1. Floating diamonds: Move together to the right side and guide the energy line through every red diamond. If the line snaps, restart at the center box.
2. Hourglass diamonds: Return to the starting box and light six hourglass-shaped diamonds. This needs a synchronized team jump across a chasm, which opens the progressive exit door.
3. Cave chain: Jump down into the underground portal beneath the stairs, shoot the floating box, and chain the start box to the distant anchor point at the cave entrance. Tight walls can break line of sight, so keep spacing tight.
4. Floor plates: Number the players 1 to 6 by lineup order, with 1 nearest the start box. When the blue patterns change, each player stands on the plate matching their number.

After six or seven symbols are matched, a hidden reward chest spawns and the triumph completes.
