History of Eighth Wish

Overview

Eighth Wish is a Triumph in Destiny 2 tied to the eighth wish on the Wall of Wishes in the Last Wish raid. Wish 8 plays the song "Hope for the Future", a callback to the first Destiny game. The game data lists no score.

How to complete

1. Enter the wish room in Last Wish and go to the Wall of Wishes.
2. Input Wish 8. Each of the wall's buttons cycles through 16 symbol images. Enter the correct symbol pattern on the buttons, then step on the button in the center.
3. Double-check the pattern before stepping on the center button. A wrong entry clears every symbol, and the whole input has to be restarted.

Wishes can be input solo, and inputs are slow, so a teammate can take a single row or column of buttons to speed things up.
