Overview
Dr. Davis is a researcher named in the Introduction Letter (1967) about Project BLUE DOOR. William Moffat believed something had taken Dr. Davis and Louis Yero into another dimension, and the reactivated project was aimed at finding a path to them.
Dr. Davis also exchanges chalk messages with Louis Yero in the DEO's Timelost DEO Documents. A notable Department of External Observation member, Nella Davis, shares the name.
