Overview

Downfall is the third story mission of Destiny 2: Lightfall, set on Neomuna (Neptune). It supports 1-3 players against the Shadow Legion (Cabal) and Dread (Taken). Objective: infiltrate the heart of Calus's lair and destroy the Darkness relay (the Radial Mast) aboard the Typhon Imperator before the Shadow Legion can use it. It also has Legendary, Master, Expert, Advanced and Normal difficulty variants.

Walkthrough

  1. Infiltrate the fortress ship and sabotage the vehicle hangars.
  2. Defeat a Tormentor, the Fortress Ship Gatekeeper, and champions such as Kar'uul and Garaask.
  3. Clear the Apotheca and Colosseum.
  4. Destroy the Radial Mast using Dark Resonance and Strand abilities.
  5. Escape by Sparrow with Caiatl's aerial support. Stop once your Ghost announces the escape: rushing ahead can carry you past the exit and kill you.
