History of Destinations: Dreaming City

Overview

Destinations: Dreaming City is a Triumph in Destiny 2 that is completed by finishing the Dreaming City badge on the Collections screen. The Dreaming City is a destination introduced in Forsaken, located in the Reef within the Ascendant Realm.

How to complete

1. Complete the Awakening mission to unlock the Dreaming City. Destinypedia lists this as the access requirement.
2. Open the Collections screen and find the Dreaming City badge. Check its item list to see which items remain.
3. Play the Dreaming City's activities to collect them. They include the Last Wish raid, the The Shattered Throne dungeon, the Blind Well horde activity, Patrol, strikes, the Citadel Crucible map, and the Cathedral of Scars Gambit map. Petra Venj is the city's vendor.
4. Once every item on the badge is collected, the triumph is claimed.

A Bungie forum reply in a 2019 thread says Destinations badges count toward the Wayfarer seal, while Exotic badges only grant a triumph.
