History of Destabilizing Rounds Refit

Revision 15951 by archivist at 2026-10-10 07:51:58

Overview

Destabilizing Rounds Refit is the trait on Choir of One. Defeating a target creates a Void burst. Hitting other targets with that burst makes them volatile and grants you Volatile Rounds for a short duration.

The Volatile Rounds page (a stub) gives the base numbers: the grant lasts 10 seconds, Volatile explodes once a target takes about 100 damage in PvE or about 200 in PvP, and the explosion radius is 7 meters with Void damage. Refreshing the buff resets its time rather than stacking. The wiki says Volatile Rounds is also granted by other sources, such as the Echo of Instability fragment and Gyrfalcon's Hauberk.

The base Destabilizing Rounds perk is listed as Season 20; the wiki does not give a season for the Refit, and it does not give its own numbers. Volatile Rounds is strong against adds and weaker against single targets and bosses, per the stub.

Notes

Sources read: Destiny 2 Wiki (Destabilizing Rounds and Volatile Rounds pages). Volatile Rounds page is marked as a stub, so its numbers may be incomplete.
