'''Deep Engram Decoding''' is the Sonar Station option for opening Deep Engrams during Season of the Deep (Season 21). Plain decoding turns one Deep Engram into a random piece of Season of the Deep gear. Focusing lets the player pick the result instead, and it costs Glimmer on top of the Deep Engrams.

Unlocking focusing

Deep Armor Focusing unlocks after a full set of Season of the Deep armor is obtained. Deep Weapon Focusing unlocks after six Season of the Deep or reprised Reckoning weapons are obtained, and it lets Deep Engrams be focused into weapons the player already owns. Deepsight Salvaging unlocks after both Salvage bosses are defeated.
