History of Data Miner

Overview

Data Miner is a Triumph tied to the Override activity. It requires banking Data Motes in Override. No count is listed, and the triumph has no score.

How to complete

1. Enter the Override activity and kill Vex enemies. Most enemies drop Data Motes.
2. Carry the motes to the terminal and deposit them. You need to deposit them before the three-minute-thirty timer runs out, and you cannot deposit while blockers are nearby.
3. Send Guardians through portals to kill a Champion, which drops a Data Spike. Bring the Spike back to deposit it.
4. Clear the blockers and shoot down the Vex Nodes to re-splice the terminal. Repeat this cycle until the bar fills and the Vex Network opens.

Override was introduced in Season of the Splicer (2021) and its Data Motes system depends on that activity's layout. Check the activity's current availability before farming.
