Dark-Forged Trigger

Dark-Forged Trigger is a Season 22 basic weapon perk listed under catalysts and linked to Dead Man's Tale. It removes hip-fire accuracy penalties and increases rate of fire while firing from the hip. Stacks of Cranial Spike further raise the hip-fire rate of fire, so the two effects combine.

Catalyst

The catalyst is unlocked by completing the "At Your Fingertips" quest, which Commander Zavala offers once you have the Exotic Scout Rifle. The upgrade then requires 800 enemies defeated with Dead Man's Tale. Opening hidden caches during the Presage mission speeds up that kill progress.
