History of D.F.A. (Adept)

Overview

The D.F.A. (Adept) is a Legendary Hand Cannon of the Kinetic element with an Adaptive Frame intrinsic. Its flavor text reads: "Osiris said that he started to pity the Red Legion, getting trapped in here for infinite eternities. I think they're getting exactly what they deserve." —Sagira

As an Adept weapon, it has a different mod set and extra Masterwork stats compared with the standard version.

Acquisition

The D.F.A. (Adept) drops from the Grandmaster Nightfall during Season of the Haunted. The Season 17 Grandmaster rotation featured one weapon each week, and the Adept version could only be earned in its featured week. Drops are random, so several runs may be needed. Season 17 Grandmaster Nightfalls began on July 5, 2022.
