Cusp Sempiternal is a legendary Void Auto Rifle with a Support frame (600 RPM, 47-round magazine) that can heal allies while hurting enemies. Its perks include Demolitionist, Reconstruction, Destabilizing Rounds and Adrenaline Junkie.

Acquisition

One of the weapons exclusive to the Epic difficulty of The Desert Perpetual (alongside Starscape Null and The Ever-Present). It cannot be crafted.
