History of Crystal Formation

Overview

Crystal Formation is a Triumph in Destiny 2 worth 15 Triumph Score. It requires you to complete all encounters in Sundered Doctrine with a full fireteam of Stasis subclasses. The dungeon supports 1 to 3 players, so the full team is three Guardians.

How to complete

Every member of the fireteam must be on a Stasis subclass for the whole run. Then clear the encounters in order:

1. Find the Path: Travel through tunnels and platforms to reach the Dread, killing Subjugators on the way.
2. Solve the Riddle: Kill the Truthspeaker to get the missing symbol. Collect the lens from the Lens Bearer, place it in an empty holster, and redirect the light from the central source onto the wheel with the matching symbol. Keep the main light on.
3. Unlock the Door: Use the Darkness Switch to set the needle, then deposit the knowledge buffs that match the shared symbol to open the door.
4. Zoetic Lockset: Fill the progression meter, which spawns Witches at 25 percent intervals. Set one slab to Kill, preferably the leftmost, and the others to Stop. Then damage the open eye from the back of the room. After the fight, roll a destroyed eye into the cavity to open the door.
5. Reach the boss: Match the Enter and Worm symbols with the lens puzzle, then shoot the door before it closes again.
6. Kerrev, the Erased: Split the rear wheel into halves. Light the symbols that make false statements and turn off the ones that make true statements. Defeat the Stasis Scion in the side rooms to get the Unwritten Empowerment buff, which lets you break the Strand threads on the light sources. Hide in a shadowed area while the room burns, and repeat until the boss dies.
