History of Chronophage

Overview

Chronophage is a Legendary Void Trace Rifle from Episode: Echoes (a Trace Rifle that rewards Shoot to Loot, pulling ammo bricks and Orbs of Power from range). Like other Echoes weapons it carries the Radiolaria Transposer origin trait tied to Radiolaria fluid. Community roll guidance (TheGamer-style PvE picks): Shoot to Loot with One for All.

Acquisition

Chronophage arrived with the final act of Episode: Echoes (per Destinypedia, which lists it with Speleologist) and drops from Echoes activities. Dexerto lists it as the Void Trace Rifle of the episode. Echoes weapons are Legendary and were not covered by sunsetting. None of the sources I opened confirmed whether a craftable pattern exists or an Adept variant, so check in-game. See also Weapon crafting and Episode: Echoes.
