History of Chatterwhite

Chatterwhite is a Legendary armor shader first associated with the Vault of Glass in Destiny. Bungie brought it to Destiny 2 as a limited-time reward during a limited-time Bento event in January 2025, then listed it among the June 2026 returns; Bungie said to complete the weekly Deepsight quest for Vault of Glass, offered by Hawthorne in the Tower Bazaar.

The Destiny 2 acquisition details here are tied to Bungie’s dated event announcements, rather than assumed to be a permanent source.
