History of Cerebral Uplink

Overview

Cerebral Uplink is the intrinsic perk of the Exotic helmet Eye of Another World. It highlights priority targets, improves grenade, melee, and Rift ability regeneration, and provides a small airborne-effectiveness benefit to weapons.

In Update 9.0.0.1 (July 15, 2025), Bungie made the ability-energy effects of Eye of Another World and other Exotic armor scale with the relevant character stat.
