Catalyst Quest Boost

Catalyst Quest Boost refers to season pass unlocks that speed up the catalyst quest for Eriana's Vow. Reporting from 2019 describes the Catalyst Quest Alpha Unlock, unlocked at season rank 11, as doubling quest progress, and the Catalyst Quest Boost Omega Unlock, unlocked at rank 22, as tripling it. Without a boost, progress is slow.

The quest runs through The Vow, which starts with Banshee-44 in the Tower. Each completed Gambit, Crucible or Strike activity gives 1 point toward the 400 needed for the catalyst. Eriana's Vow does not need to be equipped to earn progress. Masterworking the catalyst requires 700 kills with the weapon.

These boosts were tied to a specific season pass, so they may not be available now.
