Overview

Bullseye Bolster is the secondary trait on New Land Beyond, an Exotic Sniper Rifle that uses Special ammo. Landing a precision hit gives a short boost to reload speed, handling, target acquisition and stability. Repeated headshots keep the bonus up, so you can cycle the bolt and get the next shot off sooner.

The intrinsic The Master is the bigger damage source. Its damage stacks up to x100 but levels off after about x20, according to Shacknews. Pre-release leaks reported about 80% damage at x20 and x24 stacks, so the exact stack count differs by source.
