History of Bound Manacle

The Bound Manacle is the quest item for the Essence of Insanity (Shadowkeep). It is a drop from killing Erath'ur, a Hive Knight-type boss in the Gatehouse of the Hellmouth on the Moon, and is turned in at the Lectern of Enchantment for the Love and Death grenade launcher.
