History of Big Frigid Glaive

Overview

Big Frigid Glaive is the intrinsic of Winterbite, an Exotic Glaive. It fires a large, tracking energy ball that locks onto nearby targets and freezes them on impact. The freeze gives strong opening control, and light.gg lists the weapon as strong against Unstoppable Champions with the [Stagger] effect.

Winterbite's Weighted Edge trait adds damage and slows targets on loaded attacks. Sources do not say how the lock-on treats Unstoppable champions beyond the stagger tag, so test in-game if it matters. Winterbite is sourced from Lightfall era content.
