Ascendant Challenge

Overview

A weekly activity in The Dreaming City where players enter the Ascendant Plane and face Taken enemies. One of six challenges is active each week: Forfeit Shrine, Shattered Ruins, Keep of Honed Edges, Agonarch Abyss, Cimmerian Garrison or Ouroborea. The challenges test platforming and combat skills.

Access requires a Tincture of Queensfoil, which grants the Ascendance buff and makes the challenge portals visible in certain Dreaming City sectors.

Rewards

The end-of-challenge chest gives a Dreaming City weapon or armor piece on the first completion each week per character. Petra Venj's weekly Ascendant Challenge bounty can give another drop of the same kind. Weapons include Tigerspite, Vouchsafe, Waking Vigil, Retold Tale, Twilight Oath, Abide the Return and Sleepless. Armor is the Reverie Dawn set for each class.
