History of Arming Up

Arming Up is a triumph that asks you to purchase weapons from Banshee-44. Banshee-44's weapon inventory rotates, so you simply buy whatever is on offer.

How to complete

1. Visit Banshee-44, the Gunsmith, in the Courtyard of the Tower, behind the Vault.
2. Open his vendor screen and use the vertical navigation button to go to the second page, which holds the directly purchasable weapons.
3. Buy weapons there. Each featured weapon costs 7,000 Glimmer and 30 Legendary Shards. Repeat until the objective ("Weapons purchased") fills.

Tips

• Focusing Gunsmith engrams or claiming rank-up rewards does not count; a player in a community thread bought six weapons through engram focusing without any progress until pointed to the second page.
• Stock rotates, so if you cannot afford many weapons at once you can buy over several resets. Sources differ on whether the rotation is daily or weekly (the in-game description says weekly), so check his stock each reset.
