Overview

Archer's Tempo is a Bow perk: each precision hit reduces draw time. Reported draw-time reductions range from 25% (Dexerto) to 30% (Destiny Game Wiki, citing the Destiny 2 Data Compendium). The base effect lasts 3 seconds and the enhanced version lasts 4 seconds. The Destiny Game Wiki lists it as introduced in Season 4.

The manifest shows it rolling on 27 weapons, including Fortunate Star, Tripwire Canary, Whistler's Whim, Vengeful Whisper, Accrued Redemption, Hush, Non-Denouement, King Orfeo, Anamnesis and Biting Winds.

Use

Because bows rely on weak-spot hits, the perk triggers often and is a common favorite, especially on bows with longer base draw times. Dexerto notes that Fortunate Star is the only bow to roll Archer's Tempo and Kill Clip together. For the hipfire counterpart, see Archer's Gambit.
