History of Anarchy Catalyst

Anarchy Catalyst is the Exotic catalyst for the Grenade Launcher Anarchy. The triumph tracks 500 kills with the weapon once the catalyst is in your inventory.

== How to get the catalyst ==

According to the sources, the catalyst drops from several places:

  • Completing Vanguard Ops, Crucible Ops or Gambit Ops playlist activities. Shacknews calls this "by far your best and easiest bet", with no special farming needed.
  • Exotic Orders, a more guaranteed route, though you must first complete activities and lower-rarity orders to get the order.
  • Defeating Insurrection Prime in the Pantheon, as a low-chance drop.

== Completing it ==

Equip Anarchy and get 500 kills with it. Because its grenades are stuck mines that chain Arc bolts, placing them where enemies will path, such as in the Gambit or Vanguard strike lanes, builds kills quickly. (Kill-count tip is the editor's inference from the weapon's described trait.)

== What it does ==

The catalyst grants the Jolting Feedback perk: repeated hits with the weapon inflict Jolt on enemies, which improves Anarchy's crowd clearing. Sources describe it this way; the details of how Amplified affects it were not confirmed on the opened pages.

== Notes ==

The two opened guides differ on the catalyst source: one lists the Ops playlists, Exotic Orders and Pantheon, the other lists only Insurrection Prime in the Pantheon. The first is newer and broader. Anarchy itself, per ProGameTalk, was sold at the Monument to Lost Lights "Forsaken Exotics" section for an Exotic Cipher and Spoils of Conquest, and may differ in later seasons.
