History of Ahab Char

Overview

Ahab Char is a Legendary Auto Rifle that deals Solar damage, with the Rapid-Fire Frame (deeper ammo reserves and a slightly faster reload when the magazine is empty). It was introduced with the Edge of Fate campaign. Its origin trait is Bray Legacy, which generates ability energy for the ability closest to a full charge. The weapon features the flavor text: "I'd strike the sun if it insulted me."

Acquisition

The weapon is obtained from the Edge of Fate campaign (Season 27). It also drops from activities including Trials of Osiris, The Coil, The Conflux, The Salt Mines, Proving Grounds and Widow's Court, and from Crucible playlists.
