History of Acasia

Overview

Acasia is a Psion who was conscripted into the Acolytes of Nezarec, the cult that worships Nezarec, the Final God of Pain. She first appeared in Destiny 2: Lightfall.

Her partner, who lived with her in the Cabal Empire, was marked by Nezarec as a sacrifice. Psion priests took him away to be psychically tortured as an offering. An Acolyte found Acasia in a jungle, probably on Earth or Venus, and asked her to join. She agreed to help return Nezarec to physical form, hoping that would win her partner's release. Her weapon Acasia's Dejection is tied to this story.
