History of Abyssal Edge

Overview

Abyssal Edge is a Legendary Strand Sword with a Wave Sword Frame, in the Power slot using Heavy ammo. Its heavy attack creates an uppercut shockwave that launches you airborne, followed by a homing strike. Destiny Game Wiki's curated roll has a high-ammo blade, an efficient guard, a trait that grants ammo on every other powered kill, and a trait that spawns a Threadling on precision final blows. The flavor text "Crease the universe." and lore feature the Drifter aboard a Hive vessel.

Acquisition

Introduced in Episode: Heresy (Season 26 per Destiny Game Wiki), from episode activities. Destinypedia says an Adept version exists but the opened pages do not say how it is obtained. Craftable and sunset status are not stated.
