History of Abated Adherents

Abated Adherents are Elite-ranked Scorn Lurkers of the Fallen found in the Vow of the Disciple raid. They are the main threat to the obelisks in the Acquisition and Collection encounters.

Behaviour

They appear in pairs among other enemies and home in on the closest totem. Rather than attacking players, they fire on the obelisk and fill it with energy, and the energy fills much faster once they attack the totem exclusively. If any obelisk fills completely, the raid wipes, so the Adherents must be killed quickly.
