History of A Superior Retainer

A Superior Retainer is a triumph for completing the raid lair Leviathan, Spire of Stars on Prestige difficulty (Warmind era, May 2018). It is in the Reaper seal path per search results.

== How to complete ==

• Complete the whole lair at Prestige: Statue Garden orb puzzle, the power-conduit jumping puzzle, the Celestial Observatory ship phase, and the final boss Val Ca'uor.
• The name comes from the Superior Retainer buff: three random players get it and can ride the spire into space without dying. One retainer calls out ship symbols while the others stand on matching plates.
• Shacknews notes there are only Solar shields, so bring Solar weapons. Whisper of the Worm was recommended for damage phases (2018 advice).

== Notes ==

Destinypedia says the lair was sunset with Beyond Light in November 2020, so older power-level advice no longer applies. Verify current availability in-game.
