History of A Glowing Solstice

Overview

A Glowing Solstice is a Solstice event quest from Eva Levante in the Tower. It has 18 steps that alternate between gathering Solstice Alloy and spending it at Eva's Solstice Forge. The first half forges Lustrous armor pieces; the second half forges Incandescent Ingots to give your Solstice armor an incandescent glow. Allow most of the event, since every step costs 50 to 100 Alloy.

Walkthrough

1. Collect 100 Solstice Alloy and forge any Lustrous armor piece at the Solstice Forge. Repeat this for 2, 3, 4 and 5 pieces total (eight steps, each Alloy step followed by a forge step).
2. Collect 50 Solstice Alloy and use it to forge an Incandescent Ingot for a Solstice armor piece, then get the Ingot from the Forge to imbue the armor. Repeat until 5 pieces are incandescent (ten steps).

Alloy comes from Solstice bounties on the Forge and from event activities. Sources I opened for the 2024 Solstice describe 100 Alloy per armor slot and bounties paying 5, 15 or 50 Alloy; the Lustrous/Incandescent tiers in this quest are from game data and may belong to a later Solstice than 2024, which I could not confirm.

Rewards

Lustrous armor pieces and glowing (incandescent) Solstice armor. No separate item reward is listed in game data.
