Overview

1. Obtain the Exotic shotgun Felwinter's Lie (the Season of the Worthy quest "The Lie": complete Seraph Tower public events, scan scrap piles in "A Warmind's Secrets", earn shotgun kills, then visit the Lunar Seraph Bunker).
2. Get kills with Felwinter's Lie. Lore entries unlock as you accumulate kills, in chapter order.
3. Open the book from the Lore tab to read this entry.

Chapter summary

Felwinter joins the Iron Lords and meets Radegast and Saladin. He expresses interest in finding SIVA, and when asked what brought him to them, says Timur told him about the search for ancient nanotechnology.
