Overview
An Omolon ocular sight with short zoom (Zoom +10) that greatly increases Handling (+15). It is a sniper-rifle perk that rolls on Eye of Foresight.
Details
It trades zoom for handling, so it suits players who want to aim quickly with a sniper. Only one weapon can roll it.
