History of Winterized Gear

Overview

Winterized Gear is a Basic Origin Trait from Season 29. After the weapon has been out of combat for a moderate time, it gains stability, reload speed, and handling. These bonuses decay once you re-enter combat. It rolls on weapons such as Arctic Haze, Bonechiller, and Subzero Salvo.

Weapons

The trait is on the eight Europa weapons added with the Monument of Triumph update: Arctic Haze (Auto Rifle), Biting Winds (Combat Bow), Bonechiller (Shotgun), Coriolis Force (Fusion Rifle), Hailing Confusion (Pulse Rifle), High Albedo (Sidearm), Subzero Salvo (Rocket Launcher), and Thermal Erosion (Machine Gun). The same update added origin traits to older weapons, including those from Europa.
