History of White Nail IV

Overview

White Nail IV is one of the higher tiers of the White Nail intrinsic on Whisper of the Worm. Its in-game text matches the base tier: higher base precision damage, and three quick precision hits refill the magazine.

The sources I could open do not say how this tier is unlocked, so check the in-game perk tooltip on the weapon.
